Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outside areas, and will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000, as well as possible removal from the property. Monthly housekeeping is required for stays of 60 nights or longer, with a full mid-stay cleaning every 30 days.
