Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $300 fee. If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75 per night fee. Cars can park in the driveway of the property and there is plenty of space for parking, although the garage is not accessible.

It is a very nautical neighborhood, meaning that it is somewhat historic, walkable, densely populated, and on the water, giving it a seaside and shipping feel. Landscaping, seasonal pool maintenance, and pest control maintain periodic service schedules that may take place during your stay. The pool and hot tub are currently closed and will be open on May 15, 2025. The pool is serviced on Tuesdays during the open season. The jacuzzi jets in the primary bathroom are not functional. This home contains an environmental sensor that is remotely monitored. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
