This property requires owner approval for all reservations and is subject to a background check after booking to confirm the reservation. You will either be personally greeted by a member of the staff or provided with self check-in instructions. The concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
