The stay is for the person who booked only, and no unauthorized guests can stay overnight. The price is per person. Smoking cigarettes, weed, or other substances is strictly prohibited inside the property. Night check-in after 9 pm can be organized for an extra fee of $40 USD. Check-in between 12:00 am and 9 am, if possible, incurs a $70 late check-in fee. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with no loud music, talks, or TV allowed. A picture of your ID will be taken upon arrival to confirm your identity. You must wash your dishes and kitchen appliances after use, clean the sink, and properly place waste products in the appropriate bins. Turn off lights and electronics when not in use, and check and turn off the oven and gas. Personal items should not be left in common areas, and the bathroom/toilet must be cleaned after each use. Due to long-term stay requirements, a background check is required by the landlord. Refusal to comply will result in forfeiting your reservation. Depending on your credit score or background check, the booking may be declined. A lease must be signed for long-term bookings of 30 days or more.
