I’m spending the summer in the Bay Area and looking for someone to enjoy my peaceful, fully furnished oasis from June 13th to July 30th, (start date is flexible, ideally no later than June 15th) with the possibility to extend. Perfectly positioned on the border of Williamsburg and Greenpoint, this beautifully updated, bi-level 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment is designed for comfort, productivity, and relaxation. The apartment is perfect for one professional who works from home (the second bedroom is set up as a dedicated office and yoga room) or a quiet couple. If you want to wake up to chirping birds instead of jackhammers and traffic while still being only 20 minutes away from the city, this is for you.

The details:
* Available mid-June through end of July (start date is flex).
* $5,500/month (includes utilities: A/C in every room, electric, gas, and Wi-Fi)
* Short-term sublet only
* For one mature professional or a couple.
* The apartment is not set up for children unfortunately.
* I cannot accept pets—sorry!
* Rent for the full sublet term (plus security deposit, amnt can be pro-rated depending on start date) must be paid upfront.
