1-Bedroom Lease Break – Gotham Point North Tower, LIC

Hi! We're looking for someone to take over our lease for our one-bedroom apartment in Gotham Point North Tower. It's been a great home for us, and we're only moving because our family is growing — otherwise, we’d be staying.

The apartment gets a ton of sunlight and has really nice views — you can see all of Astoria, parts of Brooklyn, and even a bit of the Manhattan skyline. The bedroom is bigger than most we've seen in LIC (we fit a king bed with plenty of space), and there’s in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and good closet space.

The building has a lot to offer — a spacious gym, yoga room, co-working areas, rooftop with BBQ grills, and plenty of lounges to hang out or work from. It’s also super pet-friendly. One of our favorite parts has been living right across from Gantry Plaza State Park — it’s great for walks, runs, or just being by the water.
