The apartment is pretty quiet since it's so high up and comes with a full kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. The bathroom is spacious with a deep soaking tub. My personal favorite is the layout which really gives you the feeling of having an apartment with an entrance area and living area compared to just one big room. The building is quiet and has great amenities including a sun roof terrace on the 43rd floor, a rooftop on the 18th floor with barbecue stations and a fully equipped 24/7 gym with a basketball court. The 24/7 concierge team is super friendly and personal. The mail room ensures you never have to worry about getting your packages and they will notify you via email if you receive anything. The building is also pet friendly without a pet fee.
