Hi! I’m urgently looking for a female to take over my portion of the lease for a 2bed flex 3/2bath apartment at The Ritz Plaza (235 W 48th St).
The room is the master bedroom with private ensuite bathroom. It has two big closets and tons of natural light from the south. There's an in-unit washer-dryer (clutch!). The move-in date can be flexible between mid June - mid July. The other two roommates are both female new grads working full-time, very clean and respectful so looking for the same! You’ll need to apply through building management for the lease takeover. Ideally looking for working professionals or responsible grad students!
The building has a gym, rooftop, lounge area, and doorman, within 10 mins walk to almost every subway lines (A/C/E, 1/2/3, N/Q/R/W, B/D/F/M).
