Additional fee

New tenant must be approved by building property management. Once the tenant has applied on Rockrose.com and been approved by us, would then sign a surrender agreement. The new tenant must take the apartment in “as is” condition and the current tenant is liable for rent until the day before the new lease begins. There is no fee for a lease assignment if the new tenant takes your current lease term. They must sign the lease at your apartment's market rent rate. If a new tenant does not qualify by income, they will have to purchase their own lease guarantee bond.

You would get your security deposit back two weeks after the surrender date and the new tenant would need to supply 1st month’s rent and 1 month security at signing.
