I’m looking for someone who can take over my lease of a furnished room (can also be unfurnished) in a luxury building in Long Island City! You will be living with two other roommates, all young professionals in their mid twenties. We’re both super friendly, diligent about maintaining a clean and functional living space and mostly keep to ourselves.
⭐️Location: 10 min away from Court Square-23 Street station (E/G/M/7)
⭐️Room: Fully furnished private bedroom with Queen size bed, desk/table, chair, and closet
⭐️Lease period: June 15th, 2025 (or later) till March 31st, 2026
⭐️Rent: $1922 (including water and gas) excluding wifi and electricity
⭐️Shared place: Island kitchen and bathroom (you are sharing with only one person)
⭐️Amenities: Gym, lounge, theater room, basketball court, and study room
⭐️Convenience store downstairs, a min walk from the building
