Additional fee

The app fee is $20 for the leaseholder and $20 for the guarantor, if needed, which is non-refundable. The supporting documents from the leaseholder and guarantor are as follows:
 Copy of their government issued photo IDs
 Filled out and signed Authorization form to Release Records
 2 most recent pays-tubs OR 2 most recent years of tax returns if self-employed (yearly compensation or AGI must
be 40X the monthly gross rent or 80X in case of a guarantor)
 Most recent complete bank statement from leaseholder and guarantor
