This bright and modern space is currently set up as a 2-bedroom (flex), but the flex wall can be removed free of charge if you prefer to enjoy it as a spacious 1-bedroom with a large living area.

The main bedroom is generously sized, featuring a -in closet and plenty of space for a king bed, home office setup, and additional storage. The second (flex) room fits a queen bed and desk comfortably perfect for a guest room, office, or cozy den. The apartment has an in unit washer/dryer for added convenience.

You can choose to have the unit fully furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished—it’s totally up to you. The building is pet-friendly (dogs and cats welcome with a small monthly fee), and includes a $100/month amenity fee. The landlord is responsive, kind, and easy to work with.
