Located just over a mile from the University of North Texas' main campus, NTX Denton apartments provide private and worry free living for students! The unit comes fully furnished and includes a shared living and kitchen area with private bedrooms and bathrooms for each person. The lease currently does not have any other roommates assigned to it, meaning if you sign to sublet to unit early enough you can choose your roommates! It is a brand new lease and as such there is not a unit currently assigned (though you are guaranteed a place and this information will become available soon). I will not be able to provide a virtual tour but there are photos of units available as well as a promotional video! I will cover the subletting fee so please contact me as soon as possible if you are interested, as many options around campus for upperclassmen are filling quickly!

The apartment comes fully furnished with a private bedroom and bathroom, in unit laundry, and rent includes access to all amenities on site and all utilities except electricity (which has a $30 budget given to each person living in apartment)!
