Spacious and sunny apartment sublet in Riverdale


I am looking to sublet my sunny and spacious apartment in downtown Riverdale. It is walking distance to all hilltop schools in a truly peaceful neighborhood. The lease will be for one year starting mid to late August 2025 through August 2026.


It is a furnished one-bedroom, approximately 890 square feet including a lovely balcony area. The building has an elevator, laundry room, and mailroom.


It’s close to everything, and you have restaurants, banks, pharmacies, and supermarkets nearby. Additionally, you are surrounded by parks and green areas that you can also enjoy.


I am looking for someone I can trust to take care of it while I’m away. The apartment is best suited for a single person or a couple. Since it is a co-op building the tenant will have to complete an application and meet with board members. I am happy to share more pictures and to arrange for a viewing in the next two weeks. $2450 + utilities, first month and deposit.

2. Copy of the fully executed proposed sublease
3. Photo ID for all proposed subtenants
4. Financial documentation for all proposed subtenants (recent pay stubs, employment verification, or most recent tax return)
5. $250 non-refundable processing fee
6. Copy of House Rules with each page initialed by the subtenant
7. Signed acknowledgement of sublet policies (final page)
8. First month's rent, and refundable deposit of $2450 (not last months rent)
