This is a newly renovated walk-up apartment on safe and quiet street in the Upper East Side. There is very close proximity to several grocery stores (including Whole Foods, Target, and Gristedes), and there are many nice stores and restaurants nearby. There is a single room for rent in the three bedroom apartment. There is a washer and dryer in unit, as well as a stove, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, and this bedroom comes with private access to one of the bathrooms. There is a lot of closet space and a large living room with a couch, piano, and television. I am also open to including the bedroom furniture (with added fee), or the bedroom can come empty.
