I'm looking for one single individual non smoker to rent my apt and care for it as if it was yours. Starting date is Aug 1st and there is flexibility on length. 1 year minimum but also the possibility of becoming a long term rental.

It's a landmark 1930's Art Deco building in the heart of Fort Greene. Elevator, 24/7 doorman, and there is laundry in the basement.

The apt has a separate kitchen, foyer, a walk in closet and 2 extra huge closets. It has a full marble bathroom. The apt is furnished now mostly with what you see in the pics, open to sell the furniture (for reasonable prices) or renting it empty. It's a studio but feels like a 1bd. 600 sqf.

The view, the light and the atmosphere are incredible and it's very quiet. It's a corner apt on the 16th floor that faces North and West.

The location is incredibly well connected with more than 13 subway lines. (G, A, E, C, 4, 5, 6, 1, 2, 3, R, Q, W, B, M), a block away from FG park, where on Saturdays there is a super nice Farmer's market. A block from BAM and a few blocks to the Barcleys center.

I'm the owner and I will be showing the apt.

First month rent + security deposit. ID, Proof of income, if you can send your socialas (IG, Linkedin) that would be great!

Price is $4200 per month, due on the 1st of each month.

Additional fee

The building has a $150 moving in fee.
