We are subletting our beautiful, renovated, apartment in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, for the summer (July - Aug).
It is located around the corner from the F train station providing direct access to Manhattan, in a fantastic neighborhood.
The apartment is 3 Bedrooms / 2 Bath (1 Queen Bed / 2 Single Beds), however, we'd prefer if it was sublet by only 1 or 2 individuals and we have priced it accordingly.
This is strictly a short term rental with no options to stay past the designated dates. You would not be allowed to bring extra furniture. Think of it as an Airbnb for the summer!
