The Apartment:
3-bedroom unit, shared with one roommate (just the two of you)
The third bedroom has been turned into a shared living room
Subletter is welcome to use the desk in the living room, as well as the TV

Full kitchen with everything you need to cook

Roommate: You'll be living with one roommate — a video editor who works 9–5 on weekdays. The apartment stays quiet and laid-back during the day.

The Neighborhood: Bushwick is absolutely awesome. There's incredible food, a ton of nightlife, and it’s super walkable. You’ll be within walking distance of some of the coolest bars, venues, art spaces, and coffee shops in the area.

A sublet agreement will be required.
