This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a common area that combines a kitchen with a small dining table and chairs, and a centrally located bathroom. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished with a comfortable bed and its own flat LCD TV for entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom provides a full-sized bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets, heating/air conditioning units, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. In the common area, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen complete with appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and stove. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies for approved pets. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.

A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. All pets must be approved in advance. No loud music, parties, or smoking are allowed. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for security purposes.
