Welcome to a spacious apartment that offers comfort and convenience. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed. Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area to enjoy meals together comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and an electric plate, providing everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a double-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV offers a variety of channels through the Roku streaming TV.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, with a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.

A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. Coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours prior to check-in. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 10 PM. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package delivery is available. Furniture and decoration may vary from the photos listed online. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. No parties or gatherings, no smoking, and no loud music are allowed.
