The bathroom is complete with a sink, shower, and restroom.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $350 per month between June 1st and October 1st, and $300 per month otherwise. Please empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before checking out. The apartment is no-smoking and no-parties, with penalties for violations.
