Welcome to a cozy and convenient two-bedroom apartment, perfect for your stay in the heart of the Upper East Side. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a common area that combines a kitchen with a small dining table and chairs, and a centrally located bathroom. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable bed, along with its own flat LCD TV for your entertainment. The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a TV, while the second bedroom provides a double-sized bed and a TV as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets and windows that let in plenty of natural light.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month. Between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month. The payment should be made on a monthly basis. Enjoy the convenience of a Roku Streaming Box. AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend as a window unit. For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required.
