Welcome to a cozy and convenient one-bedroom apartment, perfect for your stay in the heart of the Upper East Side. This delightful unit features a bedroom with a full-size bed and a living room with a single sofa bed. The common area combines a kitchen with a small dining table and chairs, and a centrally located bathroom. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishes, and utensils. For your convenience, Wi-Fi is available, and clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $300 per month, with a rate of $350 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee.
Located in the heart of the Upper East Side on E 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, the neighborhood is home to some of the most famous designer stores, well-known restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, comedy clubs, and coffee shops. Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum are nearby. It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just a couple of minutes from the apartment, including drug stores, nail salons, US Post Office, FedEx and UPS locations, banks, money exchange, and barber shops. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In addition, the 6 Green Line 96th Street Subway Station and M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, provide advance notice of a few hours. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as they are periodically updated and refreshed. Rest assured, the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable for your stay.
