The common area combines a kitchen with a small dining table and chairs, and a centrally located bathroom. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishes, and utensils. For your convenience, Wi-Fi is available, and clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $300 per month, with a rate of $350 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. In addition, the 6 Green Line 96th Street Subway Station and M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, provide advance notice of a few hours. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as they are periodically updated and refreshed.
