No parties or unregistered guests are allowed, and violating this rule will lead to immediate eviction by private security and the full cost of the booking will be forfeited. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not permitted without prior approval, and if approved, there is a $400 deep cleaning fee. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, with late check-outs charged $50 per hour starting from 11:15 AM. The minimum age to check in is 25 years old, with I.D. verification required for all guests. This property has exterior security cameras. Linens and bath towels are provided, but daily maid service is not included. Please avoid removing linens, towels, dishes, or any other items from the home, as charges will apply for missing or damaged items.
