We are seeking a sub-letter from August 5, 2025 through Oct 1, 2025 (2 months) with the potential option to extend for up to 12-months. We are subletting the apartment furnished and fully equipped for one person, or for couples who are used to sharing spaces.

The living room is spacious and equipped with a large couch, dining table, and standing desk. There is a sliding barn door between the bedroom and living room. There is good storage space in the front and bedroom closets, underbed bins, and in the window seat. The space is clean and tidy and feels very open and bright. The bathroom has a gorgeous skylight and large bathtub with shower. The apartment sits at the top of four flights of stairs, and has direct access to the unfinished roof above us through one more stairflight.
