Wonderful apartment located on the Upper West Side on the corner of 77th and Amsterdam Ave. Just an avenue away from the Museum of Natural History and right in-between Central Park to the East and Riverside Park to the West. Two bedrooms over two floors--we currently use the second-floor bedroom as an office--one bath, and direct access to an outdoor roof area that is shared (but partially divided) with lovely neighbors. The building is pet friendly and our dog (a 65-pound hound mix) has loved his time sunbathing on the roof and in both parks. While the apartment is a walk-up located on the 5th floor, you get used to the walk very quickly and we very much believe the lack of elevator has kept the rent down significantly below what the apartment is worth.
