Hi all, I am looking for a new tenant to take over our lease at The Olivia located in Hudson Yards. This 1BR/1BA unit has a huge private terrace, ideal for hosting. We've had numerous dinner parties and gatherings with our friends at the terrace. Also great for people with pets and just to get fresh air. The location is extremely convenient - subway station (A/C/E) is right in front of the building, Moynihan train station is right across the street, the 1/2/3 trains are also 1 avenue away. N/R/W and 7 trains are also within walking distance. The building itself has numerous amenities including a rooftop lounge, gym, private working spaces, business center (subject to amenity fees) Our monthly rent is $5130 and utilities are separate. We love our apartment but sadly must leave as we have a baby on the way and need more space for the little one. We are considering August 3rd as the earliest move in date (but can be flexible) and the lease will be over on November 7th. You can renew the lease if you'd like to stay longer.  Thank you!
