I’ll be away for work and looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in a luxury high-rise for a minimum of 6 months, with the option to extend month-to-month up to 12 months. I’ll be away for at least 6–12 months, and ideally looking for someone who can stay for the full duration. Located in the heart of the Theater District, just steps from Columbus Circle, Central Park, & Times Square, the apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views from both the bedroom and living room. All utilities included incentive. Building amenities include: –24-hour doorman –Rooftop deck –Business center + resident lounge –Laundry room –Trash chute on floor -Paid Parking Garage next door First month’s rent and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent are due prior to move-in. A 30-day notice is required if you plan to end the sublease early. I have pre-recorded video walkthroughs available and offer both in-person and virtual tours.
