The apartment includes two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed, work desk, and chair, catering to remote workers. While it lacks a living room, the kitchen provides the essentials for your stay.
Secure parking is available in the locked and gated driveway behind the building for $25 per car per night. The driveway can fit up to 2 cars, and you will be able to lock and unlock the driveway gate to access your vehicle. Contact the host in advance to check availability and arrange payment.
Situated in a nice family neighborhood, the apartment is well-lit at night and offers easy access to stores, laundromats, and restaurants. Buses nearby will take you to NYC in about 15 minutes, with the NJ Transit Bus 123 available just a block away. The return bus leaves from Gate 214 in Port Authority Bus Terminal, costing $4 per ride.
No parties, events, or smoking are allowed, and this is strictly enforced. Self check-in and check-out are available with a lockbox at the entry door. The check-in window is from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and late arrivals must be cleared in advance. A $100 per hour fee applies for late check-outs. A $300 fee will be charged for smoking or drug use on the property, with additional fees for related damages. Guests are responsible for bagging and disposing of garbage as instructed. The apartment must be left in the condition it was found, with all dishes washed and trash discarded. The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning tasks only.
