I'm subletting my room in Greenpoint for the month of August.
Rent is $1500 for the month + utilities.

The location is lovely. - just two blocks from McGolrick Park, an 8-minute walk to the Nassau G or McCarren Park, and not far from the Bedford L. There's laundry on the block and lots of great bars / restaurants/ cafes nearby. There’s also a slight possibility the room may be available for September as well.

The apartment is a five bedroom but feels spacious / it takes up the entire floor of the building. We also have two bathrooms, and everyone kind of does their own thing, so it never feels crowded. There's access to a semi-private roof and the building’s main roof, which has a really gorg view of the Manhattan skyline.

The room itself has two large windows, high ceilings, and gets really beautiful light. There’s a dresser I can clear for you and the room has an AC window unit ofc 🙂

Current roommates are four creative women in our late 20s to early 30s & Lu, the sweetest little toy poodle mix.

I also have a few plants that just need watering about once a week. Nothing too demanding, and very appreciated ❤

Though it’s a one-month sublet, I’m hoping to find someone who’s looking for more than just a place to crash. We all value having a calm, warm home and would love someone who’s into contributing to that vibe—friendly, clean, and respectful of both community and solo time. No couples, sorry!

We occasionally hang out for wine nights or yoga class, but everyone also has their own life and schedule.
