Looking for someone to take over my lease for a private bedroom in a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Downtown Brooklyn.

🪑 Furnished Option:
Apartment can come furnished or unfurnished. Furnished would have a discounted fee and includes a queen bed (w bed frame), lamp, large desk and chair. Also, the white shelf you see in the back was provided by building management, so it can easily be taken out.

Roommate Info:
Your roommate, Francisco, is a 23 yr old working as an analyst in Manhattan. He will be in office Tuesday through Thursday. He's clean and responsible, and I've never had any issues with him. Outside of work, he likes biking, sports, streetwear, and gaming.

Lease takeover handled through building management. Application and standard approval required.
