I lived 21 months in Avalon Midtown West, and my unit (35F) is now available for a new lease. I had to move back to France, but this unit is a great choice. The view is priceless: the best in the building. It’s calm (not all units are!) and was recently renovated.
The concierges and maintenance team are amazing. I also really enjoyed the indoor pool.
