This is a lease takeover that comes with two roommates: two 25-year-old men in finance. Both are former rugby players who like sports and are easygoing. They're usually in bed by 10:00 PM on weekdays.
The offered room fits a queen-sized bed, a desk, and features a spacious closet with overhead storage above it, as well as an air-conditioning unit. The room will not be furnished, but is pictured with the blue bed and closet in pictures 5 and 6.
The common area features two couches, a TV, a stove, a fridge, cooking equipment, a table, and a balcony that the tenant is free to use. Other included pictures are of the common areas/downstairs bathroom. There is an upstairs bathroom with a shower, not pictured.
The apartment is a two-minute walk to the Q train, roughly 10 minutes to the 6.
Going to law school in DC.
No security deposit is required.
If the move-in date is not on the first of the month, the first month's rent will be prorated.
