I’m looking for someone to take over my sister’s lease in our lovely 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Greenpoint starting August 1. We’ve lived here for a year and a half and love the space, but she’s heading to grad school this fall.

A little about the apartment:

- 1 bedroom available (can be furnished or unfurnished)
- 1 shared bathroom (updated and modern)
- Huge private terrace: perfect for hosting, working outside, or enjoying your morning coffee. Set up for a summer garden (raised bed, pots, hose, etc) — would love someone with a green thumb!
- Good-sized living area with tons of natural light. Living room/kitchen is furnished but open to anything you have to bring!
- Washer/dryer & central AC in unit
- Elevator building with bike storage, roof, gym
- 5-min walk to the G at Nassau Ave; 10-min to the L at Graham; McCarren Park is 2 blocks down the street
- Pet-friendly for small/medium dogs!

The available room currently has a full bed but could fit a queen. It’s the first bedroom in the video and has an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. I don't have any photos of the room on me, but can take and send some! Can also send an updated video of the full apartment.

About me: I’m 28 and work remotely in marketing. Ideally looking for someone around the same age (any gender) who works in person at least a couple days a week.

Additional fee

You’ll fill out a short application ($20 fee), provide photo ID, a letter of employment, 2 recent pay stubs, and 2 recent bank statements.
