I’m looking to sublet my master bedroom in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Hudson Yards from around August 10 to September 12. The apartment is unit 12D, a luxury building with a doorman, elevator, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, gym, sauna, spa access, and other great amenities.
The room has an en suite bathroom and gets a ton of natural light. It’s fully furnished with a bed, desk, TV, couch, dining table, etc., but I can leave the bedroom unfurnished if that’s preferred. You’d be sharing with a roommate who’s super quiet, clean, and respectful — I’m looking for someone similar.
Rent is $3,855, but I’m happy to negotiate and will take $3,500 right away. Utilities are included. I’d ask for a deposit equal to one month’s rent, which will be returned at the end of your stay assuming everything’s in good shape.
I’m moving in with my girlfriend a month before my lease ends, so that’s why I’m trying to find someone for such a short period.
Photos I have are roughly reflective of the current furnishings, but I’m happy to share recent pictures if you’re interested.
