The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, plates, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, and electric kettle. All bedrooms come with premium mattresses and pillows. The modern tiled bathrooms include a vanity, mirror, storage shelving, plush towels, and starter toiletries.
In-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, dedicated work desk, and starter cleaning supplies are included. Additional cleaning can be arranged for $150.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour starting from 11:15 AM. This is a strict no-smoking home. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Fines from the city could exceed $1,000 per complaint. Parties are not permitted. Violating this rule will lead to immediate eviction by private security and the full cost of the booking will be forfeited. Pets are not permitted without prior approval. If approved, there is a $400 deep cleaning fee. The minimum age to check in is 25 years old and I.D. verification is required for all guests. The home accommodates a maximum of 2 guests per room. This property has exterior security cameras.
