Wonderful junior one bedroom apartment in the Annex on 12th, which opened to tenants this past December after renovation of a 1936 government building into over 500 apartments. Located one block from the Smithsonian metro strop, 5 minute walk from L'Enfant plaza metro stop and 5 to 7 minute walk to the Wharf. I love the apartment, having moved into the unit in mid-December but I am moving this fall for a masters program in Spain. The unit is 623 square feet, with new appliances, including dishwasher, electric stove, and washer and dryer. In addition, this apartment is in an amazing building: includes a great gym, co-working and private work areas, rooftop pool, and courtyard and rooftop outdoor grilles. Great staff and management team.

The price of unit is very low compared to most available apartments in the Annex on 12th, so it can be a good opportunity for someone to move into the building. As I understand, because it is a new building, the rent is likely to remain the same if you wish to renew the lease, which expires on 15 February.

I will likely be in the unit until late September, as I begin classes on October 1st in Spain. Can be provided furnished if desired. Thanks.
