The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and all the utensils and cutlery you might need during your stay. We also provide all the bed linen and towels, as well as an iron and a hair dryer. The apartment features a good-sized marble bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub.
Parking is available on the street and is free. However, there is alternate side parking most days, so make sure to read all signs to avoid getting a ticket.

The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, with no commercial use. If the electric bill exceeds the average monthly bill of $100, the guest will be billed for overage.
