Hey everyone! I’m moving out of my Nomad apartment and looking for someone to take over starting September 1, 2025, to sign a new 12-month lease. It’s a spacious 1-bedroom (by Manhattan standards) at a really great price in an amazing location. My husband and I have loved living here for the past 2.5 years. The building is quiet, well-maintained, and managed by a responsive super and great management team. We’ve never had issues with noise – either from neighbors or the street.
