It’s perfect if you're looking for something move-in ready - we’re happy to leave all the furniture and essentials for free if you need them. That includes: Queen-size bed, Cozy couch, Dresser, Two bar stools, Entryway bench, Bathroom shelves, Dirty clothes tray, Full set of cutlery, dishes, pans, etc.

Basically, you could just show up with a suitcase and settle in.

Approval generally requires income of 40x monthly rent or guarantor at 80x.
