It also serves as one of NYC’s major professional centers, encompassing many of the most iconic commercial buildings such as the Met Life and Chrysler Buildings. The parks along the East River are the perfect place to read a book or go for a jog. The many dining options and iconic Grand Central Market, which is routinely featured as a destination on the Food Network, make it easy to grab dinner on the way home.

Additional fee

Non-refundable $20 fee for each applicant and guarantor. Security deposit equal to one months' rent. Utilities paid by Tenant. Tenant must show annual income over 40x monthly rent and credit above 600. Guarantors must show annual income over 80x monthly rent. All applicants and guarantors fill out their own application and consent to a hard credit check. Additional Documents:

3. Proof of Income: One of the following:

- THE WORK NUMBER - If your employer uses this automated verification system,
