My partner and I currently live in this unit and are deciding to part ways. We are looking to assign a lease that lasts until March 31st. Move-in dates are flexible starting September 1st. The apartment is a 2 bed, 2 bath, and it is 1000 square feet. The apartment is new (built in 2021) and has new appliances, washer/dryer in unit, and lots of storage space (closets in each bedroom, pantry closet, entryway closet). The building has friendly doormen, a pool, gym, roof deck with great views, and a resident lounge. We love this building and are very sad to be leaving.

Designed by Marvel architects, Plank Road is situated on the southeast corner of Sixth Avenue and Pacific Street, between Pacific and Dean Street in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. It is in close proximity to Barclay’s Center, with Downtown Brooklyn to the northwest and the tree-lined brownstones of Prospect Heights to the southeast.
