The unit comes fully furnished with kitchenware, utensils, and toiletries. All utilities and internet are included.

Earliest Move-In: Oct. 10th, 2025
Earliest Move-Out: April 6th, 2026
Latest Move-Out: September 6th, 2026

Requirements:
•First month’s rent + security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) due prior to move-in.
•30-day notice required for early termination.
•Video walkthroughs available. Can set up in person.

Ideal Tenant: Young, single female professional who is clean, respectful, and responsible.

Additional Notes:

This will be structured as an occupancy arrangement rather than a full sublet.
