Hello,
I am looking to break my lease and in search of someone who would be able to sign a minimum one-year lease from August 20, 2025 - August 19, 2026. The building is a very nice condo located in Hell's Kitchen. There is a TMPL gym attached to the condo with promotions available for tenants. The studio has a walk in closet, bathroom, and a kitchen. There are two laundry rooms available on every floor (they are rarely occupied as the condo usually has units with washer/dryer in the unit). There is a A, C, E train right on the same block. The 1 train 5 minute walk away and the N, R, W train 8 min walk away. There is also a Whole Foods right around the block! There is a doorman who opens the door for you from early morning to evening (10pm) and a 24/7 doorman in the lobby for your packages. You can conveniently pick up your package whenever you please and can also request to have it brought up to your unit!
Growing Family
The application fee is $20. The required documents are: financial statements from your bank account, rental insurance, most recent tax return (first two pages), 3 social/personal signed letters of reference, 2 financial signed letters of reference (can be work people), and an employment letter. Then you will pay a $75 credit report fee and a $500 move-in/elevator usage fee.
Strict no pet policy.
