Hi, I'm moving out of my 2bed/1 bath Park Slope apartment at the end of August. I have lived here for 2.5 years and have really loved it and my roommate and I are moving out early due to personal/professional reasons.

It is cozy, cute, and functional. Each room can fit full/queen bed, each has a closet and there is space for a couch and dining table set in living area. The bathroom and kitchen have been updated, there is a laundry washer and dryer combo unit in the kitchen as well. We are on the first floor and have a lot (6) windows! I'm happy to pass down much of the furniture or remove everything.

It's in an amazing location, being between 8th ave and Prospect Park West which offers numerous restaurants, bars, Nitehawk movie theater, doctors, pharmacies, stores, you name it. Not to mention it's a block away from Prospect Park and the F/G train stop.
