B. Bank/Investment Statements
• Submit your two most recent statements showing cash and other liquid assets.
• Redact sensitive information. Screenshots will not be accepted.

C. Tax Returns
• Provide your 2024 and 2023 Federal Tax Returns (Form 1040, first two pages including signature).
• Be sure to redact your Social Security Numbers.

D. Photo ID
• Submit a copy of a valid, government-issued photo ID in color.
• Non-U.S. individuals may submit a passport or visa.

E. Credit Score
• Send a copy of your credit score.
• A free version is often available through your bank.
