Apartment is a 4th floor walk up in Washington Heights, close to the A train. It's 30 mins to Penn station. There is a dishwasher and laundry in the building. Separate kitchen and living room. Room is 11x12 and has 2 south facing windows that get plenty of light, great for growing plants.

Looking for someone in their 30s with steady income and good credit. You must sign a year long lease.

I'm a special education teacher and the other roommate works for an arts nonprofit. We're both clean and chill. Don't like to bring the party home. Open to discussing things like adults when problems arise. I have 2 cats, and I don't want to add more pets to the apartment.
