Rare Gem in Hells Kitchen; Hudson + Skyline Views, No Obstruction Lease takeover; flexible start, ends May 9, 2026 This is not your typical luxury building listing. If you know NYC, you know how rare it is to find a high-floor apartment with a wide-open view and still be in the heart of Manhattan. Esp. below 10k. Here's why this place stands out from everything else on the market: 🪟 UNOBSTRUCTED Views (Yes, really.): Most Hells Kitchen high-rises stare directly into other high-rises. Not here. This unit gives you a clear, open view across the Hudson, including: The Cruise Terminal, The Intrepid, Insane sunsets every evening! And on the other side: a killer skyline view; the full NYC contrast, right from your window. 🛥️ Ferry Fast Lane: Walk out the door and catch the NJ ferries in minutes. No Penn Station chaos. No subway squeeze. 🏙️ Best Roof Terrace in NYC (at this price point): This is not marketing fluff. The rooftop terrace is genuinely one of the most beautiful you'll find in Manhattan; peaceful, huge, and never overrun. Perfect for working, reading, or hosting. 🌿 A Building That's Actually Cared For: Gotham West takes maintenance seriously. The entire place is spotless and the private garden courtyard makes you forget you're in Midtown. You feel it every time you come home. The apartment is spotless, the kitchen super modern and high quality. We'd never leave if we wouldn't have to.
Personal Reasons
Negotiable! We could leave some things in the apartment, the walls are painted in a beautiful grey we could keep it or paint over... we have automated shades and blinds right now (with Apple Home connections) which is awesome in the living room because you can adapt it depending on the sun (there are eight different blinds), we could leave them in! We also have blackout blinds & curtains in the BR, which could be great for most tenants. Lets talk!
