Looking for someone to take the lease for my 1 bed / 1 bath apartment at 124 second ave. It is a super spacious unit with great natural light and on the second floor. Super is extremely responsive so apartments are maintained well. Honestly love this unit, just moving in with friends and need to end my lease a month earlier than expected.

My landlord has approved my finding another tenant - I would need someone to take the lease as of 10/1. Right now, my current rent is $3295. There is a chance of a small escalation in a 12 month lease, but I wouldn't expect it to be significant. I will update this listing if that happens.

Honestly, for the price / location / size of this unit, I think it is quite a good rate.

You would also avoid a broker fee in taking this lease off my hands.

I can also part with some of my furniture, but it will not be everything. We can figure out what works.
