Hello! My partner and I are subleasing out our apartment for the winter in Bushwick, Brooklyn. We are open to sublease starting in mid October but ideally November to February or March. Our lease ends April 2026 so we would come back by mid or end of March latest.
This apartment is perfect for a couple or a single person looking to check out Brooklyn for the late fall into winter. There is a private patio and a shared rooftop patio. It is a 5 minute walk from the M and the J, a 15 minute walk from the L train. You can be in Manhattan in 20 minutes from the J train and to Williamsburg in 30 minutes off the L. You are minutes from grocery stores, bars, nightclubs, many creative community spaces and a few small parks.
You must pay your own con-ed bill BUT we will pay for wifi during your stay.
Our street is very quiet and off any of the main roads, it has 2 full bathrooms and a washer/dryer in unit. We ask that you put down a $1,500 security deposit before the sublease contract has been signed as we are still responsible for the lease once your time has ended. The apartment comes furnished only, but we are happy to take out anything if you like and try to make your stay as nice as possible.

The lease ends in April 2026. The current landlord offers a 14 month leases at the minimum and the space is not rent controlled so it is very likely to be raised after this lease is up.
